Back in April (I know this is way late in posting) I photographed my bootcamp instructor, Amy Jones preparing for and competing in the NGA Idaho Women’s Figure Competition. We did a couple of sessions to capture the different exercises and movements within them. Then it came time for the competition which she placed 2nd in – great job! All I have to say is that anyone that can do a one arm pushup has my vote!!
Amy teaches a bootcamp at 6:30am at Bronco Elite Gym on River St. in Boise, Tuesday thru Friday. I attend this class regularly and I love working out with Amy. This is a fantastic location right by the greenbelt and the Boise River and when the weather isn’t so nice out the gymnastics gym is a great place to work out in. Every day is different and guaranteed to whip you in to shape! Plus it is fun!! She also does personal training sessions.
