During your 60-75 minute healing session I will use multiple techniques such as Jin Shin Jyutsu, Reiki, a body-centered transformational technique that helps to free you of negative thoughts, feelings and memories, and my intuitive skills to help address any need in the body and help bring a sense of balance, relaxation and peace to you.

*I am a Reiki Master, Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner and have studied many other modalities that I incorporate into my sessions. I am an intuitive and empath and utilize both of these gifts in my sessions.
*I have worked in the wellness field for 10+ years – in a Chiropractor Clinic, as a Reiki Master/ Energy Healer Practitioner, and as a Pilates Movement Teacher.
*I work with with people to help bring the body into balance, a sense of calmness and help ground you in your body.

*There is a 3% surcharge to offset processing fees if paying by credit card. I accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, check and credit card.
